The panel of judges appointed to award the title of World Building of the Year includes Jeanne Gang, founder and director of Studio Gang, Abdelkader Damani, artistic director of Frac Centre-Val de Loire and the Biennale d’Architecture d’Orléans, Kim Herforth Nielsen, co-founder and director of 3XN Architects, and Christina Seilern, director of Studio Seilern.

Christina Seilern helped pick the winner of the World Building of the Year – Copenhill/Amager Bakke in Copenhagen, Denmark has been declared the World Building of the Year 2021 at the 14th annual World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Lisbon. The scheme is designed by B.I.G Architects and was selected from the Production, Energy & Recycling category.
