For this unique development in the island of Antiparos, London-based Studio Seilern Architects and ParosTec joined forces to create a new Cycladic architecture, adapting generations of tradition to the demands of contemporary luxury. Together, the team adapted SSA’s architectural vision to the landscape of Antiparos to provide distinctively dramatic views over the Aegean Sea.

Both ParosTec and Studio Seilern share a common vision for this development, setting standards of excellence in quality and design on the beautiful part of Antiparos overlooking the ancient Aegean archipelago.

The masterplan consists of four separate villas sitting above one another on the subterranean all with distinctively dramatic views. Each villa is designed independent to the next, with its own unique features for its occupant.
